I received an Error Message on the screen, what should I do? |

You can attach a screen capture of the Error Message to a Help Message if you can reproduce the problem.
- Open a blank Word document and save it as "Error Message."
- Go to the screen with the error message.
- Press and hold the "ALT" key.
- Press the "Print Screen" key.
- Paste the screen capture into the Word document and SAVE.
- Attach the Word document in an email and mail to: bookstore@autocartruck.com
We will then pass the information on to our webmaster who can try to determine the cause of your problem. |
